Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to Christmas In America, and we realize that sometimes you may want to return merchandise. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and simple as possible.  

If you are not satisfied with your purchase a return or exchange can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, (excludes items purchased from 12/17 on). All merchandise returned must be in its original condition, including original packaging, with your original sales receipt. Please keep a copy of your sales receipt for your records.  

In the unlikely case that your item has arrived to your destination damaged, please notify our team before returning your purchase.  

In-Store Purchases are eligible for return or exchange only within 30 days with your original sales receipt. 

Any items in-store or online that are on sale, part of a promotion, or included in our “After Christmas” Sale are considered FINAL SALE and NOT Returnable or Refundable.

Shipping and handling charges ARE NOT refundable.  

In the event of a Return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

Christmas merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
